27 February 2006Can a work of fiction really be accused of violating the copyright of a work of non-fiction? Not being a lawyer, I would have thought that it was, by definition, not possible. But that isn’t stopping a couple of historians from trying to grab a share of Dan Brown’s success with The Da Vinci Code. This smells as bad as when ‘business methods’ were declared patentable
